The dishes are well made and taste excellent. It is difficult to find the favorite dishes as everything is delicious. The staff speaks English well too and they take the time to explain each dish.

The soup base is very rich and delicious, and the accompanying leeks and burdock absorb all the essence. The beef intestine portion is very large. But it is best to reserve more time to eat this beef intestine hotpot while drinking slowly, otherwise it will be too sluggish at the end and a bit difficult to digest at a normal eating speed. The beef intestine hotpot is a specialty of Hakata. Seeing that others say it is greasy, I came for the lunch set meal and ordered a beef intestine hotpot and a stew. I tried both. The portion is just right and it is delicious.
